Before Path Finder, I was in a phase of exploring career possibilities and couldn't see what I wanted to do as actually viable. I already knew Érica's work. I decided to trust the process because I had done another course with her and loved it! 😉 The results were transformative — I could clearly see all the possibilities I had to make what I wanted viable. When I started the From Idea to Delivery mentorship, I already had a rough outline of my course and a lot of content to cover — but for some reason I was stuck. Érica had us think carefully about the target audience and their needs, the overall goal, the objectives for each class, the structure, the interaction with students… and that gave me the confidence to build the course from the ground up. Beyond clinical practice, in recent years many doors to teaching have opened for me. I had long wanted to create something specifically for mothers, but kept running into practical questions — how to select content (motherhood is a whole world) and especially how to deliver something actually useful for each family. I already knew Érica's work and the depth of her knowledge, so it was an easy choice. Presentations and trainings were never my strong suit. I always got feedback that I was too concise and unclear in my explanations. I needed to put together a training for a multinational company that would get people on board with some process changes, and I was really struggling to fit storytelling techniques into a technical training. Érica taught me how to build it in a way that made it dynamic and engaging — both during the presentation itself and in getting people invested in the changes they'd need to make afterward.

What stood out most was her sensitivity and sharp eye — bringing clarity to something so much mine, so natural to me, that I couldn't see it myself. Incredibly effective work. I was completely stuck, and she simply opened a path and showed me possibilities. And now things are flowing. It's a very rich experience from beginning to end. We often look outward and miss very important things about ourselves, and the mapping process is the moment to turn that gaze inward and see your full potential. A process that brings real clarity and confidence to do what you want to do. Érica's eye is extraordinary.

When I started, all I had was the desire and the subject of the course. Through the mentorship, we structured the entire thing. The most important — and most fun — part was building out every single class. Taking that skeleton from the mentorship and turning it into actual classes was very straightforward: I knew exactly what needed to be said and done in each one. I recommend it 200%. If you want to launch a course and have no idea where to start (which was exactly me), this mentorship is for you. Beyond the structure, there's everything else Érica brings — the insights on what to work on, the paths you can take, how to use your strengths within the course you want to create. There are so many details I can't even put them all into words. It was wonderful.

With Érica's approach, I was able to better understand what was getting in the way of smooth activity flow in my teaching. She could identify and explain why certain materials weren't quite working, and guided me very clearly on how to improve them without losing sight of my teaching goals.
