One-on-one mentoring for anyone ready to turn their expertise into a course or program people actually finish — and come back asking for more.
You have plenty of content — years of practice, study, results. But when it comes to turning all that into a course, you get stuck. Not from lack of will. From lack of structure.
You've started the course three times already. You have half-finished slides, a rough module, maybe even a pilot cohort that didn't go as planned. And it's still not done.
You have something running, but students disappear halfway through, the delivery drains you, and you sense the problem isn't the content — you just can't quite put your finger on where it breaks down.
From Idea to Delivery isn't a consulting arrangement where I tell you what to do and send you off on your own.
It's one-on-one mentoring where we build together — from concept to launch, from the first session to your real cohort.
You bring what you know. I bring the structure, the method, and the eye of someone who's built hundreds of courses and knows exactly where the process stalls. We put the two together — and what comes out is a course that's unmistakably yours, one that works, one you can run with confidence, and one you'll be proud of.
what people say about working with Érica
When I started the From Idea to Delivery mentoring, I already had a rough course outline and a lot of content to work through — but for some reason I was stuck. Érica had us think carefully about the target audience and their needs, the overall goal, the objectives of each session, the structure, the interaction with students… and that gave me the confidence to build the course from the ground up and even put together frameworks that turned out to be essential in the preparation. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything I had to teach, I was able to move forward calmly and with real pleasure, knowing where I was headed and what steps I needed to take. I understood that knowing how to teach is just as valuable as having something to teach — and that's what made the mentoring so important to me!
When I started, I only had the desire and the subject of the course. Inside the mentoring, we structured the entire thing. The most important — and most enjoyable — part was building out all the sessions. Taking that skeleton from the mentoring and turning it into actual classes was effortless; I knew exactly what needed to be said and done in each one. I recommend it 200%! I loved it! If you want to launch a course or a different kind of offer and don't know where to begin (which was exactly my situation), this mentoring is for you. Beyond all the structure, there's everything else Érica brings — insights into what you can work on, paths you can take, how to use your strengths within the course you want to create.
Alongside my clinical practice, many doors to teaching had opened over the past few years. I had been wanting to create something specifically for mothers, but kept running into practical hurdles — selecting the content (motherhood is a world in itself) and above all figuring out how to convey something truly useful for each family. I already knew Érica's work and trusted the quality and depth of her knowledge, so the choice was easy. Her way of organising content, her sharp attention, and the lightness of our conversations helped me structure the entire course in a way that was objective, intuitive, and highly functional.
With Érica's approach, I was able to better understand the points that were getting in the way of a smooth learning experience. She managed to show me — and explain clearly — why some materials weren't landing, and guided me in a very didactic way on how to improve them without losing sight of my teaching goals.
Presentations and training sessions were never my strong suit. I always got feedback that I was too concise and not clear enough in my explanations. I needed to put together a training for a multinational company — one that would get people on board with some process changes — and I was really struggling to weave storytelling techniques into a technical programme. Érica's work taught me how to build the training so it was dynamic and kept my audience engaged, both during the presentation and in the process changes they'd need to embrace afterwards.
What struck me most was her sensitivity and sharp eye — bringing clarity to something so deeply mine, so natural to me, that I simply couldn't see it myself. Remarkably effective work. I was completely stuck, and she simply opened a path, showed me possibilities. Now it's flowing. It's a very rich experience, from start to finish. Érica's eye is extraordinarily sharp.
I felt lost, not knowing where to start, what to focus on, whether my project was even viable. She helped me build more self-confidence and feel like a real professional. And she showed me that it's possible — because not everything has to start from a problem. I'd tell anyone to go without hesitation, because Érica is very clear and knows how to bring out the best in her students and clients, with a lot of patience, working with their skills, their tools, their background, their interests, their style, their personality — respecting who you are, what you have to offer, and your potential, because she can see exactly where you can grow.
Before Path Finder I was at a crossroads in my career and couldn't see what I wanted to do as something truly viable. The results were transformative — I genuinely managed to see with great clarity all the possibilities I had. Path Finder was a real turning point for me. I recommend it wholeheartedly, not only as a professional investment but a personal one too. A true turning point!!!!
"I knew exactly what I was doing at every step."
— no improvising, no recalculating mid-cohort.
"I delivered enough — and didn't burn myself out."
— no more overdelivering that drains you and still loses students halfway through.
"My students made it to the end. And asked for more."
— because the journey was clear, engaging, and made sense to the people on the other side.
"This is mine. And it works."
— not a generic course built from a template. It's what you know, structured the right way.
5 individual sessions with me. We go from concept to finished product, step by step.
Between sessions, you have direct WhatsApp support so you don't get stuck on your own when something comes up mid-execution.
And once your first cohort wraps up, we meet one more time — to see what worked, what can be refined, and where to go from there.
The process takes between six weeks and three months, depending on your pace. All sessions are recorded.
In over 15 years, it's been hundreds of courses, workshops, trainings, and mentoring programs — built, run, rebuilt, improved.
In that time, I learned something most people find out the hard way: structure isn't bureaucracy. It's what separates a course that transforms from one people abandon by the third session.
I developed From Idea to Delivery because I kept watching remarkable professionals — people with real knowledge, a genuine desire to teach, and students who needed exactly what they had — stall out when it came time to build the product.
Not from incompetence. From the lack of a method that respects how they think and the time they actually have.
That method is what I bring to every session. And it's what will get your course out of your head and into the world.

Even without everything figured out, you can still start — the first step in From Idea to Delivery is exactly that mapping. But if you're at the very beginning with no real idea yet, Path Finder might be a better entry point. Let's figure out together what makes most sense before you sign up.
We develop your project across 5 sessions, which can happen bi-weekly or weekly depending on your availability and goals — so the work together can last between six weeks and three months. Session recordings are available for review for 6 months after we start, and I offer WhatsApp/email support throughout your entire first cohort. After delivery, we have a follow-up session to look at what landed, what can be adjusted, and what opportunities might open up from there.
Absolutely. From Idea to Delivery is exactly what will help you start on the right foot and launch that first project with real confidence.
Even better — because you've been through it once and know what worked. Your second course can — and should — be easier to make than the first.
The investment in From Idea to Delivery is €700 — which includes the 5 individual sessions, WhatsApp support throughout the process, recordings of all sessions, and the follow-up session after your first cohort. Full support, from scratch to launch. No monthly fee — you know exactly what you're signing up for.
